Personal Care Option ............. SJCI is the 1ST Independent Living Center to offer the consumer the new Medicaid Program. The consumer - directed attendant care just passed into law. SJCI has a satellite office for McKinley County located at the Rio West Mall Suite # 200 in Gallup, New Mexico. Elroy Ahasteen is the Program Director and Carmella Quam is an Independent Living Specialist and Elvera Gray the Peer Support Specialist and receptionist.
